Our code of ethics

The Bicomet SpA code of ethics requires that any activity be carried out in full compliance with the law, with honesty, good faith and integrity, in a framework of fair competition and in compliance with the legitimate interests of customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and partners. Whoever works or collaborates with Bicomet SpA is strictly bound to observe the rules of the Code in relation to their functions and responsibilities.

Legislative Decree 231/2001

A concrete commitment

Bicomet SpA has also chosen to operate in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001, the reference legislation for liability for administrative offenses. In addition to full compliance with our Code of Ethics, therefore, anyone who works for or on behalf of Bicomet SpA is required to comply with the rules of conduct provided by our Model in terms of compliance with the law, honesty, transparency, and fair competition. Procedure for reports and complaints

In compliance with the provisions of art. 2 of Law 179 of 2017 (Whistleblowing law) intervened on Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Organizational Model 231 of Bicomet Spa provides for the procedure for processing reports to the Supervisory Body (ODV).
