In compliance with the provisions of art. 2 of Law 179 of 2017 (Whistleblowing law) intervened on Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Organizational Model 231 of Bicomet Spa provides for the procedure for processing reports to the Supervisory Body (ODV).
To ensure a serious, honest and more serene working environment for everyone, Bicomet spa has set up two specific reporting channels, also anonymously: form to be downloaded in this section to be sent to the dedicated e-mail address odvbicomet@gmail.com, or directly online.
